What is a Backstage Pass?

A Backstage Pass is our online video subscription. With the Backstage Pass, you can take POUND classes online.

Your Backstage Pass includes Ripstix™ at no additional charge and gives you access to new, full-length POUND workouts every week! Stream POUND to your favorite device whenever you feel like getting your sweat on, and supplement your workouts with extra POUND moves, PoundDowns, to kick your workout up a few notches. PoundDowns come with your Backstage Pass, too! Sign up HERE!


How do I view streaming videos on my computer or mobile device?

Once you purchase your Backstage Pass, you will have a login that will let you workout to one new class every week, plus new PoundDowns every month to let you in on workout tips and secrets.

Simply click the video links and stream online classes to your computer, tablet, or other Internet compatible electronic device. You will not have to go through the hassle of downloading the classes. They're housed online so you can access them anywhere you have an Internet connection!


How do I connect my computer to my TV?

How can I track my Ripstix™ and how long should it take before I get them after completing my order?

You’ll get a confirmation email upon completion of your order. That email will have all the info you need to keep an eye out for your Ripstix™. Please allow 7-10 business days between ordering and delivery. Then, you’re ready to drum up a sweat to your new Online Classes videos every week!


I want to take a class! How do I find out where they are happening near me?

We’ve made it easy for you to find POUND in your neighborhood. Just visit our Find A Class page. You’ll be able to see exactly where POUND is happening!


POUND isn’t at my gym yet. What do I need to do to see it launch on the schedule?

Even better, if you know the Group Fitness Manager at your gym, feel free to send them to our website. We’re always happy to connect with them!

How do I start teaching POUND classes at my gym?

To teach POUND, you must become a POUND Pro. Once you enroll in and complete your 8-hour POUND Pro Training, you are eligible to teach at ANY Official POUND Venue.


What does it mean to be POUND Venue?

We named this one after, you guessed it, a concert venue. Becoming a POUND Venue is just that . . . getting all the tools you need to rock out in your gym!

All POUND Venues have:

  • 50 sets of Ripstix on hand at all times
  • Qualified, certified POUND Pros teaching classes
  • All the resources needed to ensure quality, consistent, and up-to-date POUND classes every single time.


I own a gym and want to launch classes. What does that process look like?

All you have to do is purchase the equipment needed to conduct class, Ripstix, and you are ready to launch classes on your schedule. We also provide you with the resources you need, like finding a POUND Pro, hosting a Training, marketing the program . . . even press opportunities! Find out how!


What is your return policy?

To return a product that has been shipped to you by POUND, you must obtain a Return Authorization Code within thirty (30) days of your purchase by contacting customer care through our cancellation form, or via email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . The product you wish to return must be received by us no later than thirty (30) days after you have received the Return Authorization Code.

Please Note:

  • You will be responsible for all packaging, shipping and handling costs associated with the return of the product(s). 
  • The original shipping charges paid by you are non-refundable.  
  • The condition and packaging of a returned product must be as it was when received, complete with all warranty cards (if any), original box(es), original packaging, and manuals/instructions (if any).  
  • If you refuse the delivery of a product, you will be charged for return shipping.  

Opening a box to verify its contents does not disallow a return; however, products showing signs of use or missing inner packaging are not considered new, and are thus non-returnable.


What is your refund policy for Ripstix™?

A full refund will be provided within thirty (30) days of your purchase. You will be provided with a Return Authorization Code that processes your return. Customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.
